In this field-based role, you grow adoption of a first‑in‑class non‑hormonal therapy in women’s health across Primary and Secondary care.
You will manage a defined territory, collaborating with GPs, practice teams, consultants and hospital staff to shape pathways and deliver compliant, tailored education.
You’ll work with cross‑functional stakeholders to align local pathways with national guidance and drive patient identification and pathway development.

Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a defined territory
- Drive adoption in Primary Care (GPs, practice nurses, PCNs) and influence Secondary Care (consultants, specialist nurses, hospital pharmacists)
- Identify, shape and convert local treatment pathways in line with national/regional guidance
- Deliver high-quality, compliant product education tailored to customer needs
- Collaborate with secondary care stakeholders to support patient identification and pathway development
- Develop and execute robust territory business plans aligned to national strategy
- Key requirements
- Proven experience as a pharmaceutical sales representative in Primary Care with exposure to Secondary Care
- Strong understanding of the NHS structure, including PCNs, ICSs and referral pathways
- Track record of launching or growing therapy adoption
- Highly effective at relationship building, influencing and objection handling
- Analytical, organised and outcome‑driven
- Comfortable managing a large, geographically spread territory
