Overview
In this role, you drive the growth of a leading smoking cessation portfolio by engaging healthcare professionals and stakeholders across Primary Care, Community Pharmacy, Public Health and Integrated Care Systems. You will foster virtual relationships, identify growth opportunities, and support clinicians in helping patients quit smoking. The role combines strategic account management with evidence-based education in a growing therapeutic area. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to maximise account performance and impact public health outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Develop and grow key customer accounts via effective virtual engagement
- Build relationships with GPs, practice nurses, pharmacists, Smoking Cessation Advisors and Public Health stakeholders
- Deliver compliant product and disease-area education focused on tobacco dependency and cessation
- Identify account opportunities and create tailored business plans to drive growth
- Gather market insights and share feedback with internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximise account performance
Key requirements
- Proven pharmaceutical sales or Key Account Management experience
- Experience working autonomously in Primary Care or Community Healthcare
- Strong virtual selling and stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent commercial awareness, negotiation and account planning capabilities
- ABPI qualified
- Good understanding of the NHS, local healthcare systems and commissioning environment
- Degree in Life Sciences or equivalent desirable
