We are delighted to be recruiting for a Marketing Manager for a client who is growing in the UK! Our client is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing and brand strategy in the UK for existing products as well as new to market products due to be launched over the next few years.

Our client is looking for someone with:

  • 3+ years minimum experience in brand marketing, in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Ideally brand launch experience
  • Experience working with charity partnerships, marketing agencies and internal and external stakeholders
  • Strategic brand products marketing experience
  • Full life cycle marketing experience
  • Experience in building brand equity, creating marketing campaigns that deliver growth
  • Excellent project management skills

Role Responsibilities:

Within this role, you will be required to advance the brand positioning and sales effectiveness for the client’s products. You will build the desired brand equity in the products to positively influence brand perception and create a larger market share. The successful candidate will lead in the establishment and communication of the brand and positioning the products within a global marketing strategy.

You will manage the creation, execution and reporting of all brand marketing campaigns, enabling the sustainable achievement of net sales targets in the UK. As part of the role, you will take ownership of the planned expenditure to ensure each brand remains within approved budgets and with target return on investment.
