You will drive uptake in Primary Care while developing influence in Secondary Care, shaping local pathways in line with guidance.
You will deliver tailored, compliant education and collaborate with hospital stakeholders to advance patient identification and pathways.
You’ll build robust territory plans aligned to national strategy, delivering impact across community and hospital settings.

Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a defined territory
- Drive adoption in Primary Care (GPs, practice nurses, PCNs) and influence Secondary Care ( consultants, specialist nurses, hospital pharmacists)
- Identify, shape and convert local treatment pathways in line with national and regional guidance
- Deliver high‑quality, compliant product education tailored to customer needs
- Collaborate with secondary care stakeholders to support patient identification and pathway development
- Develop and execute territory business plans aligned to national strategy
- Key requirements
- Proven experience as a pharmaceutical sales representative in Primary Care with exposure to Secondary Care preferred
- Strong understanding of the NHS structure, including PCNs, ICSs and referral pathways
- Track record of launching or growing therapy adoption
- Highly effective at relationship building, influencing and objection handling
- Analytical, organised and outcome‑driven
- Comfortable managing a large, geographically spread territory
