IQVIA is currently recruiting for Market Access Managers who will be accountable for implementing patient access strategies and tactics with supporting materials, particularly focusing on advanced budgetary notifications and healthcare system preparation, plus pull through for relevant new indications and products. The role involves engaging with target customers and delivering the agreed activities to ensure optimal patient access to new medicines in a changing stakeholder environment. You will work cross-functionally to contribute and influence pre-launch strategies and align Patient Access activities with other key functions such as medical and marketing. You will have the ability to absorb and utilise the unique capabilities that exist within IQVIA including data assets, analytics and the end-to-end market access solutions which will enable you to develop bespoke customer materials. This will be a full-time role and field based.
Responsibilities
- Implement patient access strategies and supporting materials, focusing on advanced budgetary notifications and healthcare system preparation, and pull through for new indications and products.
- Engage with target customers and deliver activities to ensure optimal patient access in a changing stakeholder environment.
- Work cross-functionally to contribute to pre-launch strategies and align Patient Access activities with medical and marketing functions.
- Leverage IQVIA data assets, analytics and market access solutions to develop bespoke customer materials.
Qualifications
- Advanced experience of Patient Access launch strategies and solutions.
- Extensive experience in networking in a matrix management organisation and knowledge of NHS and the wider healthcare system.
- Strong strategic commercial insight.
- Degree level qualification.
- Ability to unravel complexity and identify robust commercial opportunities in a local health economy.
- Capability to lead a diverse group of customer stakeholders to action.
- Expertise in project planning and management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results to the appropriate quality and timeline metrics.
