Clinical Coding AuditorLocation: London, UKJob OverviewIQVIA is looking for an experienced Clinical Coding Auditor to join our team based in London, UK.NHS Approved/Accredited Clinical Coding Auditor responsible for: Producing monthly data quality and targeted audit reports Delivering clinical coding audits, including:o Targeted reviews using analytical reporting (e.g. Elective Recovery, SHMI, HRG/Tariff optimization)o Bespoke audits, benchmarking exercises, and deep-dive analyseso Feedback and improvement sessions with clinical, coding, operational, and management teams Facilitating clinician engagement workshops to support documentation and data quality improvements Leading SHMI, mortality, and clinical quality improvement initiatives Providing training and education on CCA reports, dashboards, coding quality, casemix, and data interpretation for coders, clinicians, finance, and information teams Managing clinical coding services, including operational oversight, coder support, productivity and quality monitoring, and assurance reviews Providing expert coding advice and specialist consultancy across IQVIA and client organisations Supporting wider strategic, analytical, and client-driven projects as requiredEssential Functions Participates/leads teams in the design, development and delivery of technology/service based projects or components of larger, complex projects. Performs qualitative/quantitative analyses to assist in the identification of client issues and develop client specific solutions. Solid project management, client influencing and relationship building skills. Ability to manage multiple projects, juggle priorities and deliver on tight deadlines.
