Overview

In this role you will manage multiple healthcare consulting projects, coordinating internal and external teams to deliver client solutions on time and on budget. You will drive proposal development, project planning, and client communications to ensure profitability and satisfaction. You’ll act as the main client contact, translate requirements into actionable plans, and present findings and recommendations. The position offers opportunities to expand business with existing clients and contribute to new offerings. You will work with cross-functional teams to elevate capabilities and deliver world-class outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project teams (internal and external) to design, develop and deliver client solutions in the healthcare space
  • Review client requirements, develop and cost proposals to ensure profitability and satisfaction with minimal senior input
  • Manage proposal preparation and bid integrity
  • Develop project plans with timelines and deliverables; drive projects to completion on-time and on-budget
  • Recommend improvements and alternative solutions to resolve issues
  • Serve as the primary client point of contact
  • Contribute to client reports and presentations and deliver significant findings
  • Identify follow-on work and new leads to advance business opportunities
  • Follow up with clients post-delivery to ensure satisfaction
  • Mentor and share expertise to elevate team capabilities and deliver high-quality solutions
  • Continually strengthen subject matter expertise through experience and professional forums

Key requirements

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • 8–12 years of related experience including healthcare consulting
  • Strong project management, client influence and relationship-building skills
  • Deep understanding of IQVIA data assets and core offerings
  • Ability to collaborate across the organization to achieve team goals
  • Experience building consultative relationships with senior healthcare executives
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of consulting methodologies, tools and techniques
  • Awareness of current healthcare industry developments
  • Excellent presentation, communication and client-facing skills
  • Established network and referral contacts
  • Ability to manage projects across more than one CoE
