We’re looking for a commercially driven and clinically credible Dysphagia Account Manager to join a high-performing team supporting a life-changing product across key NHS accounts. This is a fantastic opportunity to combine strategic account management with meaningful patient impact in a specialist therapy area.

The Role

  • You will take full ownership of your territory, drive sales through delivering training and develop strong partnerships across acute, community, and social care settings.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering against territory sales targets using data-led insights
  • Building and executing strategic account plans aligned to business priorities
  • Identifying and engaging key stakeholders, including Speech & Language Therapists
  • Delivering high-quality dysphagia training and supporting prescribing conversion
  • Managing key pricing agreements and optimising promotional investment
  • Acting as a trusted partner across healthcare settings, influencing change

  • Interest or exposure to the healthcare or nutrition sector
  • Understanding of the NHS and account management within it
  • Knowledge or interest in dysphagia or clinical nutrition
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
