This pivotal role supports the Commercial Lead in driving strategic growth and operational excellence. You will play a key part in shaping commercial strategies, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring compliance across all activities.
Responsibilities
- Support commercial strategy and execution
- Lead framework submissions and pricing strategy
- Provide leadership and coaching to commercial teams, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement
- Oversee day-to-day commercial operations
- Ensure compliance and competitive positioning
What we’re looking for:
- Degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field
- Proven experience in commercial leadership within the UK healthcare or pharmaceutical sector
- Strong commercial acumen
- Experience in NHS frameworks and pricing models
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with compliance standards and governance requirements in healthcare
