The Associate Director, Solution and Delivery Lead (SDL) serves as a strategic, scientific, and delivery leader within Real World Evidence (RWE) Solutions. This role is accountable for shaping client strategy, driving revenue growth, and ensuring high-quality delivery across complex, multi-offering RWE engagements. The associate SDL acts as a subject-matter expert and trusted advisor to clients, partnering closely with internal teams to design and deliver impactful, tailored evidence solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead RWE solution strategy, selling, and delivery oversight for RWE engagements.
- Drive RWE sales and revenue growth within key accounts, identifying and advancing cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Build and sustain senior-level (typically HQ-level) client relationships beyond active engagements to support early positioning and pipeline development for priority assets.
- Ensure high-quality, profitable delivery of client projects, leveraging delivery ownership to build long-term client trust.
- Apply deep knowledge of the IQVIA RWE portfolio to design integrated, client-specific solutions aligned with evidence needs.
- Mobilize the IQVIA expert network to deliver best-in-class solutioning and execution across therapeutic areas and methodologies.
- Lead development of customized proposals aligned to client evidence-generation needs and decision-making priorities.
- Act as a senior “green-pen holder” for RWE opportunities, ensuring scientific rigor, commercial viability, and delivery feasibility.
