The Global Patient and Site Centric Solutions (PSCS) is a team responsible for promoting and selling the spectrum of IQVIA’s Patient and Site Solutions services:

  • Patient Recruitment and Retention
  • Site Enablement Solutions
  • Remote Research Clinicians
  • Clinical Trial Educators
  • Decentralized Trials

This role will drive sales growth by supporting RFPs, go-to-market strategies and supporting new Patient & Site solution development. You would act as a bridge between sales, strategy & delivery teams to ensure alignment & accountability on RFPs for full-service sales and delivery of new Patient & Site solutions to market.

Responsibilities

  • Market Positioning: Support solution development and delivery of new solutions to market with commercial packages, proof points, and messaging to differentiate offerings in competitive markets.
  • Opportunity alignment/support with full-service BD: Manage core opportunities within full-service offerings, ensuring accurate forecasting, CRM updates, and pipeline health liaising with core BD opportunity owner. Reviewing full-service pipeline to target opportunities suitable for PSCS offerings.
  • Pre-Award Process: Collaborate with strategy leads & TSLs on proposal development, pricing, and solution design. Act as a bridge between sales, strategy & delivery teams to ensure alignment & accountability and communication so teams have visibility of progress of opportunities.
  • Collaborate with PSCS Leadership on RFP reviews, target account prioritization, and sales plans.
  • Support PSCS pipeline calls, Win Loss Analysis, work & monitor Global Inside Sales support across full PSCS pipeline.
  • Maintain customer engagement and satisfaction; monitor pipeline and report in CRM.
  • Internal education on PSCS offerings – creating and maintaining learning edge modules, maintaining sales spot content and support training of new BDs for PSCS services.
  • Partner with TSSU to host therapeutic calls where BDs can ask questions related to specific TAs and present on CoE LT calls to create awareness of PSCS offerings.
  • Support & execute GTM enablement plans, including training, marketing campaigns, and external content creation.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience (8/10+ years) in Patient Recruitment, Patient Retention, Site Solutions, Mobile Research Nursing, Strategy or GTM roles.
  • Related industry experience in Clinical Trials.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a science or business function. Graduate degree or MPH not required but a plus.
  • Experience in a provider/CRO environment.
  • Experience leading go‑to‑market strategies for patient‑ or site‑centric solutions, including positioning, pricing, and sales enablement.
  • Proven ability to partner with Sales and Business Development to support pipeline growth and deal execution.
  • Experience translating market and client needs into solution strategy and roadmap.
  • Strong client‑facing and executive communication skills, including presentations to senior sponsor stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership in cross‑functional, matrixed environments.
