With a strong presence across Grocery, Pharmacy, and Digital channels, we are investing heavily in e-commerce and online growth.

We are seeking an experienced Amazon E-Commerce Manager to take full ownership of our Amazon strategy and deliver outstanding results across a portfolio of trusted healthcare brands. This is a high-impact role where you will shape channel performance, optimise listings, and lead advertising campaigns to maximise ROI.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage and optimise Amazon product listings to ensure accuracy, compliance and strong brand presence
  • Develop and implement promotional strategies, A+ content, SEO optimisation and advertising campaigns
  • Monitor and improve account performance, including Buy Box, inventory health, conversion rates and profitability
  • Analyse pricing, approve invoices and resolve financial queries to maintain margin control
  • Produce detailed performance reports, lead KPI reviews and identify growth opportunities
  • Act as the internal expert on Amazon best practice, advising teams on trends and strategy
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in e-commerce with proven Amazon marketplace management
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central
  • Experience with product launches, listing optimisation and SEO strategies
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, V-lookups)
  • Ability to manage KPIs, pricing and promotional effectiveness
  • Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Background in FMCG, healthcare or consumer goods is highly desirable
