IQVIA are recruiting a Service Development Executive / Graduate Account Manager to join our team in the Leeds office!
This exciting role would suit a science graduate with excellent organisational skills. As a Graduate Account Manager, you will liaise with GP practices, build, and develop relationships, and ensure the GP practices benefit from the full range of services that they are entitled to.
You will possess good commercial acumen, an entrepreneurial flair, and a drive for success.
The role:
- Communicate and liaise with GPs, Practice Managers, and other internal and external stakeholders to maximise Interface’s service offerings.
- Drive sales and pharmacist diary utilisation.
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Confidently reach out to customer leads by phone and quickly build a genuine report with them.
- Work towards KPI’s and targets, reporting successes and challenges to management at regular intervals.
- Ensure efficient time management.
You need:
- A UK driving licence (no more than 6 points)
- Desire to succeed in a professional environment
- Proven track record of success in previous roles or at university / college
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Strong business insights and business planning skills
