Overview
In this role you lead clinical delivery for large, multi-regional trials, partnering with cross-functional teams to meet regulatory and contractual requirements. You drive quality, risk management, and stakeholder communication to ensure on-time delivery and sponsor satisfaction. You may shape delivery strategy, support bids, and mentor junior staff, contributing to IQVIA’s mission to accelerate patient access to new therapies.

Responsibilities
- Lead clinical delivery in compliance with ICH GCP, protocol, and SOPs; ensure achievement of Clinical targets
- Contribute to and monitor the project risk mitigation plan; manage clinical risks through lifecycle
- Maintain clinical quality by defining standards, measuring compliance, and addressing quality issues
- Create and manage delivery plans aligned with the Study Work Plan; handle Change in Scope processes
- Serve as primary point of contact for the customer project manager and manage stakeholder communications
- Collaborate with clinical team to achieve milestones; report to stakeholders as required
- Oversee resourcing and talent planning; deliver high-quality operational plans and trainings
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide performance feedback for professional development
- Advocate for corporate changes and contribute to clinical delivery strategy for proposals
- May mentor new peers and participate in site visits as applicable
Key requirements
- 7 years clinical research/monitoring experience or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree in health care or other scientific discipline
- Consolidated knowledge of project management practices
- Good knowledge of GCP and ICH guidelines
- Broad protocol and therapeutic knowledge
- Understanding of clinical research industry and operating environments
- Understanding of project finances, scope, and changes
