Join our client's Foundation and help us protect grandparents worldwide through the award‑winning FAST Heroes program. Active in more than 20 countries, FAST Heroes teaches children to recognise stroke symptoms and share that lifesaving knowledge at home.

We’re looking for an energetic Events & Individual Giving Manager to lead our UK and international fundraising events while building a national school‑based fundraising programme. You’ll design, test, and refine individual giving strategies in the UK and then empower our international FAST Heroes agencies to roll out fundraising as part of their school implementations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering high‑quality events (from local community gatherings to premium international events).
  • Developing school fundraising resources.
  • Stewarding supporters and helping families, teachers, and communities engage with our mission.

Events (UK & International):

  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver high‑quality fundraising events across the UK.
  • Lead the planning and execution of premium international fundraising events (e.g., manage event logistics, vendor relationships, budgeting, risk procedures, and supporter communications).
  • Develop new event concepts aligned to schools, families, ambassadors, and corporate partners.
  • Represent Grandheroes professionally and confidently at all events.
  • Develop and launch a national school fundraising programme aligned with the FAST Heroes academic cycle.
  • Create fundraising resources for teachers, children, and families.
  • Train and support international FAST Heroes implementation agencies, equipping them with toolkits, training, and guidance to embed school‑based fundraising in their local rollouts.

Supporter Engagement & Community Building:

  • Recruit and support local fundraising ambassadors.
  • Experience in events fundraising, event management, education engagement, or community fundraising.
  • Strong project management, organisational, and multitasking skills.
  • Creative problem-solver with the ability to design scalable fundraising initiatives.
  • Opportunities for international travel and professional development.
