Click is looking for a Social Media Assistant to join our growing marketing consultancy and help deliver creative, data-driven social campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients. About the Role
As a Social Media Assistant, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering Click’s organic social media offering. You will support the planning, execution and optimisation of campaigns across multiple platforms, working closely with internal teams, clients and external partners. You will gain hands-on experience across strategy, content creation, influencer engagement and performance analysis, making this an ideal role for someone early in their marketing career looking to grow quickly.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of, and continually develop, Click’s organic social media proposition
- Create and implement social media workflows for client accounts
- Plan and deliver innovative social campaigns across a range of sectors and platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Facebook
- Support business development and account teams in promoting and selling social media services
- Build and manage relationships with social media influencers to amplify campaigns
- Contribute to client meetings, presentations and new business pitches
- Monitor, analyse and report on social media performance using relevant tools
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging digital content
- Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates and emerging formats
Essential Experience
- Proven experience in social media management
- Experience delivering both organic and paid social campaigns
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines across multiple projects
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Experience presenting ideas or contributing to pitches
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Desirable Experience
- Experience creating visual assets using tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva
- Familiarity with platforms like Hootsuite, Meltwater or similar tools
- Experience analysing social media performance and reporting on campaign effectiveness
- Understanding of digital marketing strategies and campaign tactics
- Experience working with or engaging social media influencers
Qualifications
- Degree in marketing, communications or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
