What You'll Do

- Partner with sponsors, business development, delivery, and functional leaders to support strategic growth initiatives and client engagement.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, scalability, and service excellence.
- Lead operational transformation initiatives, including technology adoption and workflow optimization.
- Collaborate with product, technology, and operations teams to implement innovative solutions that enhance clinical trial delivery.
- Support the development and expansion of new services and operational capabilities.

- Significant experience within clinical research, decentralized clinical trials, clinical operations, patient services, or healthcare operations.
- Experience supporting global clinical programs and working within complex matrix organizations.
- Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives, operational transformation, or business growth programs.
- Strong understanding of clinical trial operations, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience leveraging technology and digital solutions to improve operational performance.
