We're Hiring: Country Manager – United Kingdom
Are you a strategic leader with a determination for driving growth and building high-performing teams? We’re looking for a Country Manager with Pharmaceutical industry experience to lead our clients UK operations and take their business to the next level.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and inspire cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, operations, and support.
- Develop and execute strategic and annual business plans aligned with global goals.
- Drive revenue, profitability, and market share through innovative commercial strategies.
- Ensure compliance with UK regulations and internal governance standards.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and regulators.
- Oversee logistics, regulatory affairs, and administrative functions to ensure operational excellence.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in a commercial or general management capacity.
- Strong strategic thinking and business development skills.
- Deep understanding of the UK market and regulatory environment.
- Financial acumen and experience managing budgets and driving profitability.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
