Overview

In this role you will support the Clinical Trial Operational team to execute trials across therapeutic areas.

You will liaise with CROs and vendors to ensure study timelines and deliverables are met.

You’ll help develop trial documents, timelines, feasibility assessments, and site relationships, driving smooth operation and risk management.

The position offers exposure to multinational trials and collaboration with a key client within a sponsor-dedicated Clinical FSP.

Responsibilities

  • Review, develop and write clinical trial documents and manuals (e. g., study manuals, biomarker plans)
  • Create and update Master ICF templates, track site changes and amendments
  • Assess investigative sites feasibility and evaluative input
  • Develop and manage study timelines, recruitment strategy, and patient retention plans
  • Plan team meetings with investigators and coordinators
  • Contribute to IP and co-medication strategy
  • Monitor timelines and vendor deliverables (e. g., Monitoring, Sample management, IVRS, Laboratory)
  • Foster relationships with investigational sites to improve trial conduct
  • Serve as preliminary liaison to sites, communicating trial information and escalation as needed
  • Key requirements
  • Minimum 3 years in biopharma or related clinical research
  • Minimum 1 year in Clinical Project Management
  • Proven experience in Oncology
  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant science-focused degree
  • Experience conducting multinational/global trials
  • Strong vendor management experience
  • Working knowledge of ICH GCP and regulatory requirements
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across protocols and therapeutic areas
