IQVIA is searching for an experienced Clinical Product Specialist on behalf of our client, a medical equipment manufacturer with a presence in over 90 countries. In this field‑based role, you will deliver high‑quality clinical training, support product evaluations, and collaborate closely with the commercial teams to drive real impact in patient care. The company holds leading market positions in various categories, including digestive health equipment and consumables for intensive care settings which this role will focus on.
Territory: Southern Half of the UK, from Chester down.
Please note: This role is a 12 month long term sick leave cover position.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver high‑quality clinical training on medical equipment to healthcare professionals in Hospitals including in intensive care settings.
- Support new product evaluations and ongoing product adoption across the territory.
- Build strong, trust‑based relationships with key clinical stakeholders and position the company as a true partner.
- Identify and support educational programmes and partnership opportunities with customers.
- Provide expert product knowledge and resources, coordinating with internal teams as required.
- Support company reporting requirements, regulatory compliance, and quality system expectations.
- Attend internal meetings, training, and development sessions.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a similar clinical training role for a medical equipment company is required. Must hold current NMC registration (preferred: experience in enteral feeding and/or critical care).
- Experience delivering clinical training and assessments.
- Valid driving license.
- Strong communication skills in Italian and English (written & verbal) are required.
- Excellent planning, organisation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams.
- Clinically confident with high levels of self‑motivation and customer focus.
- IT literacy and comfort using digital tools for training and reporting.
