IQVIA is seeking a Clinical Equipment Delivery Specialist with excellent customer service skills. This role involves supporting the safe delivery of surgical equipment to hospitals along the M4 Corridor, working within the Sales/Supplier/Logistics team. The candidate should be comfortable navigating hospital settings, identifying appropriate contacts, and ensuring on-time delivery in accordance with company standards.
Responsibilities include:
- Organizing logistics and coordinating with internal teams and clinical staff.
- Managing paperwork and inventory systems.
- Providing high-quality customer service for each delivery.
- Coordinating with various teams to ensure timely delivery of surgical kits.
- Managing urgent transfers of implants and instrument trays between hospitals.
- Recording and reconciling borrowed implants for replenishment and invoicing.
- Resolving DNA issues and ensuring complete loan kits for collection.
- Assisting with kit preparation, sterilization, and packing.
- Supporting regional initiatives and managing out-of-date implant inventory.
- Collaborating on inventory audits and deploying account inventory for new business wins.
- Providing occasional weekend logistics support.
