Phlebotomists required to cover Aberystwyth, Carmarthen, Pembrokeshire, Llanelli and surrounding areas. Are you an experienced Phlebotomist (or a Healthcare Assistant or Nurse with phlebotomy skills) with 1+ years of experience in collecting and processing venous blood samples? We are looking for highly skilled, flexible, adaptable individuals to carry out scheduled visits and successfully collect and transport blood samples for testing.
As you will be the face of IQVIA (and our client), professional conduct β including but not limited to dress, conversation, privacy, and safety β is always expected. As you will be working outside of the hospital setting and may be required to visit more than one site per session, you will ideally have your own reliable transport and mobile phone.
Candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Phlebotomist, Health Care Assistant or Nurse with up-to-date phlebotomy skills
- Intermediate computer skills required (must be comfortable with basic software programs)
- Must have own reliable transport and a full UK driving license
- Own mobile phone and internet access required
- Ideally be on the DBS update service for an enhanced DBS but not essential
- Based within a reasonable travel distance to the location specified in the job title.
You will receive a generous hourly rate + mileage reimbursed at the prevailing HMRC rate. Parking costs also covered where necessary.
