The role
As Regional Sales Manager, you will lead and develop a team of field‑based sales professionals, ensuring they have clarity of goals, the right resources and the motivation to consistently exceed targets. You will act as a senior commercial presence in your region, nurturing key accounts and KOL relationships across pharmacy, retail and medical settings. You will work closely with marketing and account teams to bring strategy to life locally, translating national objectives into impactful regional plans.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a regional field sales team to deliver sustainable sales growth
- Drive performance through clear objectives, regular coaching and measurable KPIs
- Contribute to and execute the field sales strategy for dermatology products
- Build and maintain senior relationships with key accounts and KOLs within retail, pharmacy and medical environments
- Own regional business planning, forecasting and performance reporting
- Allocate people, samples, promotional activity and budget to maximise return on investment
- Analyse regional sales data and market trends, sharing insights to support continuous improvement
- Champion company values and act as a positive ambassador internally and externally

Experience and qualifications

- Sales leadership or management experience is highly desirable
- Retail or pharmacy channel exposure is advantageous
- ABPI certified
