Key Areas of Responsibility
- Execute the company’s business strategies in order to attain the goals of IQVIA Consumer Health.
- Provide strategic advice to line manager so that they have an accurate view of the market and the company’s future.
- Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities.
- Ensure IQVIA company policies and legal guidelines are communicated all the way from the top down in the company and that they are followed at all times.
- Communicate and maintain trust relationships with clients, business partners and authorities.
- Oversee the company’s financial performance.
- Delegate responsibilities and supervise the work of the team, providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance.
- Act as one of the public speakers and public relations representatives of the company in ways that strengthen its profile.
- Analyse problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure client objectives are met, financial targets are met, and people are motivated and fulfilled in their roles.
- Build client/customer confidence based on personal reputation and expertise to gain referrals, references and valuable introductions.

- A proven record of success in senior level general or commercial management, preferably in a related industry.
- At least 10 years’ senior level experience of management of people and resources.
- Graduate level of intellect preferably with a higher degree in a management discipline or a professional qualification.
- A wide knowledge of the Consumer Health industry and known and respected in the industry.
- An understanding of financial management and wider management principles and techniques.
- Political and presentational skills with an appreciation of the demands of conflicting interests and of meeting statutory requirements.
