Drive Amazon Growth Through Data, Insight and Innovation
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to lead the performance and growth of OTC brands across Amazon marketplaces.
In this role, you will develop and optimise Amazon advertising strategies, manage marketplace performance, deliver commercial insights and identify opportunities to maximise visibility, conversion and revenue.
Working closely with brand, marketing and commercial teams, you will ensure campaign activity supports wider business objectives and drives measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Amazon advertising strategies across multiple markets.
- Manage and optimise Amazon paid media activity to improve performance and ROI.
- Deliver reporting, forecasting and actionable commercial insights.
- Act as the lead contact for Amazon advertising and marketplace performance.
- Identify growth opportunities through automation, AI-enabled tools and platform innovations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve product discoverability and conversion.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer behaviour to drive continuous improvement.
- Support best practice processes, reporting standards and marketplace optimisation initiatives.
