We are looking for a commercially minded Amazon Advertising Manager to join a growing e-commerce team and help scale a best-in-class Amazon Ads offering. This role sits at the heart of performance marketing, working closely with senior stakeholders to deliver full-funnel strategies that drive measurable growth for a diverse client portfolio.
What you will be doing:
- Plan, build and optimise Amazon advertising campaigns across Sponsored Ads and DSP to meet and exceed client KPIs.
- Deliver full-funnel Amazon strategies that support brand awareness, consideration and conversion.
- Use Amazon Ads Console, AMC and AI-powered tools to analyse performance and unlock growth opportunities.
- Partner with e-commerce retail teams to align campaigns with stock availability, promotions and product launches.
- Produce clear, insight-driven reports with actionable recommendations for clients.
- Lead client communication through regular updates, reviews and strategic discussions.
- Advise clients on best practice Amazon advertising approaches to maximise commercial outcomes.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop engaging ad content.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, performance and efficiency.
What we are looking for:
- Around 2+ years' experience in Amazon Advertising, performance marketing or a related e-commerce role.
- Proven experience managing client campaigns and delivering against KPIs.
- Strong knowledge of Sponsored Ads and DSP, with full-funnel understanding.
- Experience using AMC or similar analytics tools is highly desirable.
- Confident in stakeholder management and client-facing communication.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insight.
- Intermediate Excel skills such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP and formulas.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
- A proactive problem solver who looks for smarter, more efficient ways of working.
- Ability to create and deliver engaging presentations using PowerPoint.
