As Senior Territory Manager, you will lead the growth of an established on formulary Advanced Wound Care portfolio across your territory. Working closely with cross functional colleagues, you will shape account strategy, drive formulary pull through and play a key role in the successful launch and adoption of new products.

You will balance strategic planning with high quality customer engagement, positioning the organisation as a trusted partner and first choice supplier.

  • Own and deliver ambitious territory and account business plans
  • Achieve agreed sales, market share and KPI objectives
  • Build and maintain senior level relationships across community and acute settings
  • Use challenger selling techniques and data led insights to influence decision making

You will be a consistently high performing healthcare sales professional with proven success in wound care. Strong commercial awareness and analytical capability.

Demonstrable healthcare sales experience. Confident use of CRM systems and sales data.
