Job Overview:
Act as a Technical Supervisor within the Molecular Biology department to align with our regulatory requirements and act as a Principal Investigator for CDx Studies across the laboratory.
Lead complex lab initiatives and projects to enhance operational efficiency.
Harmonize global operational processes and support instrumentation platform evaluations.
Serve as the primary technical contact in client discussions.
Perform and document analytical procedures in compliance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
Analyse data to ensure procedures meet expected outcomes and tolerances.
Lead CAPA investigations and ensure timely resolution.
Support training initiatives and continuous learning for lab staff.
Stay current with regulatory changes and ensure internal compliance.
Participate in internal design and analytical method review meetings.
Support safety, quality, and 6S initiatives.
Requirements:
- PhD in Molecular Biology is required.
- 3β5 years of relevant experience in a clinical laboratory or clinical trials environment.
- Understanding of LEAN 6 Sigma principles.
- Proficiency with LIMS and other laboratory data system
- Familiarity with CAPA processes and quality systems.
- Ability to analyse and interpret complex data.
- Advanced knowledge of laboratory operations and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with Next Generation Sequencing (NCG) (preferred)
- Experience with global lab operations and method transfers (preferred)
