b Overview /b p In this role you will help manage a portfolio of COA products across their lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver client-ready assets and drive commercial success. You’ll shape go-to-market materials, support business cases, and coordinate with global functions to ensure timely, compliant delivery. The opportunity sits within a multidisciplinary ILSPSS Portfolio Management team focused on integrating patient and stakeholder insights into product strategy. You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that values impact and growth, contributing to a scalable COA platform with a broad client impact. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Support COA Manager/Director across COAs throughout the product lifecycle (development, extension, commercialization, licenses and services delivery) /li li Prepare COA assets for client delivery as directed by COA leadership /li li Assist in defining deliverables, costs, benefits, and ROI for products and initiatives /li li Contribute to sales enablement by developing go-to-market materials and outputs addressing clinical, regulatory, and market access needs /li li Participate in business case creation and due diligence for development/acquisition opportunities with IP, Author Collaboration, and Strategic/Scientific research teams /li li Collaborate with ILSPSS functions and global teams (Finance, Contracting, Legal, HR, IT) /li li Help develop new processes, tools, templates, and documentation for the group /li li Maintain communication channels and provide updates to COA Manager/Director to align on delivery expectations /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li A self-starting mindset with strong teamwork and the ability to work independently /li li Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment /li li Results- and detail-oriented with solid problem-solving for deliverables /li li Proven ability to plan and deliver to quality and timelines /li li Excellent written/presentational communication with technical and non-technical audiences /li li Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels /li li Strong software skills, including MS Office /li li English fluency (spoken and written) /li li Bachelors degree in life sciences, other sciences, computer science, engineering, or related technical field; MBA or advanced degree preferred /li li Minimum 4 years of total work experience (pharmaceutical/medical device industry preferred) /li li Prior COA development or COA commercial management experience preferred; other technical program/product management experience may fit /li li Experience in drug/device development fields or related roles /li /ul ul li Self-motivated and proactive /li li Collaborative team player /li li Strong communication and interpersonal skills /li li COA development and lifecycle management /li li Go-to-market materials and communications creation /li li Project/portfolio management /li /ul
