Join IQVIA’s Global Public Health team to support the AMR Centre of Excellence. In this role, you will generate actionable insights using IQVIA and external data, collaborate across sectors, and contribute to projects and initiatives that strengthen local, national and global responses to antimicrobial resistance.
What you will be doing:
- Support the coordination of IQVIA’s AMR Centre of Excellence and its strategic initiatives.
- Analyze and interpret data from IQVIA and other sources to inform AMR strategies at national and global levels.
- Act as a translator between industry, health systems, and global health, ensuring clarity and collaboration.
- Contribute to IQVIA’s global public health strategy, aligning AMR work with broader objectives.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, fostering partnerships that drive meaningful impact.
Job requirements:
- MA/MSc from a top university, preferably in a relevant subject such as public health, medicine, life sciences, economics, or epidemiology.
- Knowledge and experience of core epidemiological concepts.
- Experience working in global or public health, with understanding of key issues and current developments in the global health ecosystem (preferable).
- Knowledge of antimicrobial resistance (preferable).
- Data processing and analytical skills.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Collaborative approach to work.
- Problem‑solving attitude, anticipating issues early, analysing, interpreting, and solving them proactively.
- Curiosity for developing and interpreting new insights, and ability to articulate the added value these bring to clients and collaborators.
- Excellent conversational and business English (written and oral); additional languages are an advantage.
- Willingness and ability to travel.
