Overview The Senior Product Manager is responsible for driving product strategy, roadmap execution, and successful delivery of product initiatives.
This role partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including engineering, data, analytics, and business teams, to deliver innovative and scalable solutions that meet customer and organizational objectives.
The Senior Product Manager identifies and removes organizational, technical, and operational barriers, ensuring products are delivered efficiently and generate measurable business value.
Responsibilities Own and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning priorities with business goals and customer needs.
Lead cross-functional teams to define, develop, launch, and enhance product offerings.
Manage the product lifecycle from concept through delivery, ensuring timely execution and successful adoption.
Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and data teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Identify and resolve organizational, technical, and operational challenges that may impact product delivery.
Establish and track product success metrics, leveraging data-driven insights to inform product decisions and prioritization.
Engage with customers and key stakeholders to gather feedback, define requirements, and ensure product-market fit.
Facilitate agile product development practices, including backlog management, sprint planning, and roadmap communication.
