Job Overview

Maintains and validates the project scope, plans and schedules for moderately complex projects; adheres to established metrics for project success; applies standards (e.g. delivery process, roles and responsibilities, operational norms, compliance).

Essential Functions

  • Act as the main point of contact for the clients for all items related to eCOA studies that are live and in maintenance.
  • Lead client update meetings on a weekly/bi-weekly basis.
  • Participates and travel to Investigator Meetings when applicable (10% travel).
  • Leads system change efforts when applicable, including leading design calls and impact review. Communicates costs and timelines as appropriate.
  • Communicate effectively and timely with both internal and external clients and collaborate with key stakeholders to determine solutions/next steps.
  • Responsible for filing documentation, status report updates, meeting minutes, development of study materials and change order as needed.
  • Tracks trends to identify and review risks as part of the ongoing project support.
  • Supports quality investigations as the eCOA project SME with support from line manager and/or implementation PM.
  • Manage budget and scoping for additional work where appropriate.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year eCOA experience.
  • Good understanding of clinical research.
  • Proficient use of MS Office, Excel, PPT.
  • Excellent collaboration skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to drive conversations.
  • Excellent Project Management skills.
