Senior Director, Real‑World Data Sales – EMEA, responsible for developing and expanding new business opportunities in real‑world data across the region. Focus on client stakeholders in pricing, market access, medical affairs, HEOR, and late‑phase studies.
Responsibilities
- Client engagement & business understanding: maintain and strengthen professional relationships, develop deep client knowledge, manage client feedback, act as a point of contact for tensions or complaints.
- Operations management: lead operational management of RWD activities across local and international markets, manage strategic and key account relationships, identify customer needs, collaborate with RFX, pricing & contracts teams, and align with Market Measurement team.
- Shaping client perception of IQVIA: identify opportunities to engage clients with marketing and thought‑leadership materials, manage the annual Strategic Management Review, create peer‑to‑peer engagement opportunities.
- Bringing innovation to clients: leverage deep client knowledge to identify strategic discussions and major opportunities, contribute to the Sales and Account Management community.
Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of Real‑World Data.
- 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or similar roles within pharma, CRO, health, life sciences, or other regulated industries.
- Strong understanding of medical, health economics, pricing & market access principles.
- Proven track record managing mid‑ and senior‑level client relationships.
- Strong organizational, planning, and project‑management skills.
- Experience engaging with outsourcing, procurement, and mid‑management stakeholders.
- Excellent business and industry awareness with strong understanding of market trends.
