In this role you will be a senior lead in the Global Custom Integrated Research team. You will drive growth of the team across multiple areas, lead senior members, and work directly with multiple clients to develop business opportunities and provide valuable input to solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Proactively bring solutions to ensure business functions well and teams have needed resources.
- Own significantly sized accounts and meet or exceed revenue targets by delivering insightful, value‑added solutions that address complex issues.
- Support the evolution of the team's offerings to keep them compelling to clients.

- Apply consultative problem‑solving skills to become an Integrated Solutions expert.

Who You Are
- A degree holder with 10/15+ years of experience in life sciences or healthcare consulting.
- Expertise in primary market research methodologies and delivery processes.
- Proven seller of complex engagements to top Pharma/Life Sciences companies.
- Established leader of multiple or significantly sized teams, with a record of management and people development.
- Expert in the identified team’s solutions, able to produce new and creative ideas.
- Successful mentor, talent retainer, and confident leader who can enable creativity in others.
