We are recruiting a skilled Market Access / Public Affairs Manager to lead our UK-wide access strategy across the devolved nations, working closely with the team to implement a devolved nations access plan for biosimilars. This role focuses on shaping access pathways, building strong NHS relationships with key stakeholders: Key Opinion Leaders, Payers, Policy Makers, identifying new business opportunities and proactively contributing to maximizing value locally.
What you'll do
- Develop and deliver Market Access strategy plans across the product portfolio
- Build and maintain relationships with NHS stakeholders, KOLs, payers, policy makers and procurement leads
- Lead tender submissions, business cases, and reimbursement activities
- Support launch readiness through robust access planning
- Develop tools and materials that demonstrate real‐world and economic value
- Identify opportunities for access, influence decision-makers and secure formulary inclusion
- Stay aligned with NHS structures, priorities, and national programmes across all four UK nations
What you'll bring
- 5+ years' experience in biopharmaceutical Market Access
- Strong experience with NHS England ICBs, pathways, biosimilars, and expansion approval
- Deep understanding of Market Access systems in England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland
- Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder engagement skills
- ABPI qualification (required)
- Experience submitting UK tenders/business cases
