At least 15 years of relevant experience, including substantial experience in scientific method development, clinical laboratory or drug-development solutions, and people leadership. Comprehensive knowledge of scientific principles, measurement theory, method development, drug development, and relevant state-of-the-art instrumentation and technologies. Demonstrated ability to influence across organizational boundaries, lead multiple workstreams, manage complex projects, and communicate effectively with clients and senior leaders. Strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical, presentation, and client-management capabilities, with the ability to translate scientific insight into practical, scalable, and commercially relevant solutions. Ability to manage multiple projects and ensure that they are performed in a quality manner. Strong knowledge of the BioPharma drug development industry and applying that knowledge to the improvement of their business unit. Effective communication and presentation skills to influence at various levels of the business, including senior leadership. Skill in extracting relevant data to measure performance indicators and proactively plan for growth and scalability.
