We’re looking for a commercially driven and clinically credible Dysphagia Account Manager to join a high-performing team supporting a life-changing product across key NHS accounts. This is a fantastic opportunity to combine strategic account management with meaningful patient impact in a specialist therapy area.
The Role
You will take full ownership of your territory, drive sales through delivering training and develop strong partnerships across acute, community, and social care settings. Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering against territory sales targets using data-led insights
- Building and executing strategic account plans aligned to business priorities
- Identifying and engaging key stakeholders, including Speech & Language Therapists
- Delivering high-quality dysphagia training and supporting prescribing conversion
- Managing key pricing agreements and optimising promotional investment
- Acting as a trusted partner across healthcare settings, influencing change

- Interest or exposure to the healthcare or nutrition sector
- Understanding of the NHS and account management within it
- Knowledge or interest in dysphagia or clinical nutrition
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
