Essential Functions
- Act as the main point of contact for the clients for all items related to eCOA studies that are live and in maintenance.
- Lead client update meetings on a weekly/bi-weekly basis.
- Participate and travel to Investigator Meetings when applicable (10% travel).
- Lead system change efforts when applicable, including leading design calls and impact review, and communicate costs and timelines as appropriate.
- Communicate effectively and timely with both internal and external clients and collaborate with key stakeholders to determine solutions/next steps.
- Responsible for filing documentation, status report updates, meeting minutes, development of study materials and change orders as needed.
- Track trends to identify and review risks as part of the ongoing project support.
- Support quality investigations as the eCOA project SME with support from the line manager and/or implementation PM.
- Manage budget and scoping for additional work where appropriate.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year eCOA experience.
- Good understanding of clinical research.
- Proficient use of MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to drive conversations.
