Kickstart your career in healthcare sales. Ceuta Healthcare, an IQVIA company, is expanding its Pharmacy Field Sales teams to support independent pharmacies across the UK, with a new dedicated Pharmacy Team. Community pharmacy is evolving fast, with growing demand for clinical services and trusted over the counter OTC guidance. Join us to help this new pharmacy team deliver great service while driving sustainable commercial growth.
What you’ll do:
- Build strong relationships with pharmacy teams and provide clear, confident product education
- Plan and run efficient territory visits to achieve KPIs (call rate, selling calls, orders)
- Spot local opportunities and develop new business across your territory
- Record activity accurately in our CRM and complete day-to-day admin
- Work to all relevant compliance standards, including Pharmacovigilance procedures
- Support in-store execution: merchandise and maintain displays, execute planograms, point of sale collateral, dress fixtures/shelves, and coordinate basic supply chain tasks, following all health & safety guidance
- Attend bi-monthly sales teams meetings 6 times per year with overnight stay required, where you will meet your team colleagues and clients
