Manage or lead multiple consulting projects, ensuring on‑time and on‑budget delivery for life sciences clients. Lead project teams, including internal and external resources, through design, development and delivery of client deliverables. Apply business experience to identify strategic alternatives and project approaches to client questions. Act as the key point of contact with clients and provide follow‑up after project deliverables to ensure client satisfaction. Communicate clearly throughout projects and within the team, ensuring all stakeholders are informed. Support the development of intellectual property for future engagements. Develop broader consulting knowledge and pharmaceutical market insight through on‑the‑job experience and training. Provide direction, advice and intellectual leadership to clients and delivery teams; lead team meetings consistently. Contribute high‑level input to client reports and presentations and deliver significant portions of findings to clients. Share subject‑matter expertise to enhance capabilities for world‑class solutions. Lead ad hoc work streams on people‑related issues such as recruitment, learning and development. Coach 3–4 staff members.

About You

  • Demonstrable analytical, interpretative and problem‑solving skills.
  • Extensive consulting experience in the pharmaceutical industry with clear career progression.
  • Committed to the life sciences industries.
  • Minimum 1+ year of project‑management experience focused on multinational strategic consulting projects.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentations, workshop facilitation and business writing.
  • Ability to manage large or multiple projects and juggle priorities while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
  • Experience leading sizable, multidisciplinary teams and managing staff.
  • Proven ability to build credible relationships with senior executives in pharma/healthcare.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively across the organization.
  • Capability to contribute to business development through lead identification and proposal development.
  • Knowledge of key issues and current developments in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.
  • Familiarity with consulting methodologies, tools and techniques.

Additional Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; a graduate degree or MBA is a plus.
  • Track record of leadership and people development.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Willingness and ability to travel.
  • Right to live and work in the recruiting country.
