We’re looking for a commercially driven and clinically credible Dysphagia Account Manager to join a high-performing team supporting a life‑changing product across key NHS accounts. This is a fantastic opportunity to combine strategic account management with meaningful patient impact in a specialist therapy area.
The Role
- You will take full ownership of your territory, drive sales through delivering training and develop strong partnerships across acute, community, and social care settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering against territory sales targets using data‑led insights
- Building and executing strategic account plans aligned to business priorities
- Identifying and engaging key stakeholders, including Speech & Language Therapists
- Delivering high‑quality dysphagia training and supporting prescribing conversion
- Managing key pricing agreements and optimising promotional investment
- Acting as a trusted partner across healthcare settings, influencing change
What We’re Looking For
- Interest or exposure to the healthcare or nutrition sector
- Understanding of the NHS and account management within it
- Knowledge or interest in dysphagia or clinical nutrition
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Commercial mindset with strong data analysis capability
- Highly organised, proactive, and results‑driven
