Job Overview

  • Provide scientific and technical leadership to guide biomarker strategies for pharmaceutical and emerging biotech customers supporting clinical development programs.
  • Ensure alignment between customer requirements and internal laboratory capabilities by coordinating across technical, scientific, and commercial teams globally (Americas, Europe, APAC, and China).
  • Drive early engagement between biomarker and clinical teams to inform assay selection, platforms, and study design.
  • Lead scientific discussions during feasibility assessments and strategy development.
  • Support bid defense meetings and capability presentations and provide scientific input for RFIs, RFPs, and client proposals.
  • Support feasibility for assay transfer, validation, and technology integration.
  • Maintain deep understanding of internal laboratory processes, workflows, and capabilities and ensure delivery of scientifically sound, client‑aligned solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) required (advanced degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in pharmaceutical, diagnostics, or clinical research environments.
  • Demonstrated experience working with biomarkers in clinical trials.
  • Expertise in oncology biomarkers and their application in drug development.
  • Extensive experience in clinical trials environment.
