We are looking for pharmacists to join the team! Join us in this exciting role where you will utilise your clinical expertise and commercial acumen to support patients with chronic conditions in primary care settings. As a clinical pharmacist at Interface Clinical Services, an IQVIA business, your responsibilities will include aiding practices with clinical tools, identifying opportunities for clinical reviews, ensuring adherence to protocols, and fostering awareness of Interface Clinical Services within primary care settings. Key Responsibilities

  • Support Practices to provide clinical tools and resources to help manage patients with long‑term conditions.
  • Ensure clinical services are delivered within the bounds of our protocols, service operating instructions and systems.
  • Identify opportunities for clinical reviews at individual practice level, PCN or CCG level where there is clinical need.
  • Enhance the awareness of Interface Clinical Services within primary care and assist in developing long‑lasting relationships with practices and local NHS organisations.

Qualifications

  • Must be a GPhC registered pharmacist.
  • Community or primary care experience desirable.
  • Willing to travel as required, along with remote (home) working.
  • A keen passion to make a positive difference to patients’ long‑term health.
