A global financial services client providing fund solutions, pension, and global expansion services has received approval to bring in a Head of AI to drive an ambitious project, transforming the fund services line through automation.

This includes implementing a cutting-edge fund administration platform and seamlessly integrating new tools to augment the existing platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategising, planning, and executing initiatives to leverage intelligent automation technologies such as robotic process automation (RPA) and artificial intelligence (AI).
2. Oversee the planning and execution of automation projects from inception to completion.
3. Manage outsourced automation resources and maximize delivery from partnerships.
4. Identify potential risks associated with automation and develop mitigation strategies.
5. Ensure that automated processes meet quality, performance, and security standards.

Key Experience:

1. Automation Anywhere experience.
2. RPA knowledge – proficiency in the principles of Robotic Process Automation.
3. Experience in managing development teams.
