Are you looking to take your first step into a true FP&A role? Do you want exposure to senior leadership, real ownership, and the chance to influence decisions across a growing, fast-paced business? We're looking for an FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team, reporting to the FP&A Manager. This role sits at the heart of iQ, supporting the delivery of our annual budget, driving performance insight, and partnering closely with teams across the business from Operations to Exec Co.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the annual budget and in-year forecasting process across the full P&L, coordinating inputs across the business and ensuring assumptions are accurate and well understood.
  • Maintain and enhance the Anaplan planning model, supporting continuous improvement and developing into a finance super-user.
  • Produce monthly management reporting and management account packs, providing clear narrative and insight on performance trends, risks and opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver month-end opex commentary for senior stakeholders, including the CEO and COO.
  • Deliver ad hoc financial analysis to support decision-making and investigate key movements.
  • Act as a finance partner to Operations, supporting cost control and identifying efficiency opportunities.
  • Translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insights for non-finance and Executive stakeholders.
  • Ensure all financial outputs are accurate, timely and aligned to business priorities.

Skills and Experience:

  • Newly qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA or ACCA).
  • Strong experience working with large, complex datasets.
  • Advanced Excel skills, with confidence building models and analyses.
  • Experience using FP&A systems, databases or analytical tools.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, able to tailor messages for senior and non-finance audiences.
  • Proactive, organised and able to prioritise and deliver under pressure.
  • Comfortable building effective relationships across Finance and the wider business.
  • Ensure all financial outputs are accurate, timely and aligned to business priorities.

We operate a hybrid working model with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home / site location.
