About the Role
SSON is seeking a Webinar & Digital Content Producerto join our fast-paced and innovative digital team. This role is ideal for an experienced producer who thrives in a fast-paced commercial environment and has a proven track record of delivering high-quality webinars and digital content. You\’ll play a critical role in shaping engaging experiences for our community while managing multiple projects, working with sponsors, and helping contribute towards a fast-growing and successful division within IQPC.
As Senior Producer, you\’ll take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of SSON\’s webinars and virtual summits. This includes planning, producing, and executing high-quality sessions, where you\’ll develop compelling agendas, secure industry-leading speakers, and ensure sponsors are showcased in ways that deliver real value.
You\’ll manage multiple projects simultaneously, from digital events and webinars to articles and event summaries, making sure each one is delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest standard. Confident in front of an audience, you\’ll also host live sessions, keeping speakers engaged and audiences energized, while managing platforms like Zoom and exploring new digital formats.
Building strong relationships will be key, whether it\’s with sponsors, partners, or our internal teams. You\’ll collaborate closely across the business to ensure smooth execution and a positive experience for all stakeholders.
Due to the startup nature of the team, you may also be involved in report writing and content creation, so it is important to have an in-depth passion for everything editorial.
Finally, you\’ll play an important leadership role, providing day-to-day support and inspiring a team of editors and producers. By fostering creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement, you\’ll help the team achieve their goals and contribute to SSON\’s ongoing success.
As a summary, this role covers:
End-to-end ownership of digital events and webinars
- Plan, produce, and execute webinars and virtual summits.
- Develop compelling agendas and secure high-profile industry speakers.
- Ensure sponsor integration delivers real value.
Project management
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously (events, webinars, articles, event summaries).
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high standards.
Event hosting & delivery
- Confidently host live sessions, engaging speakers and audiences.
- Manage technical platforms (e.g. Zoom) and experiment with new digital formats.
Stakeholder collaboration
- Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, partners, and internal teams.
- Ensure seamless execution and positive experiences for all stakeholders.
Editorial & content contribution
- Support report writing and content creation as needed.
- Bring strong editorial passion and creativity to digital outputs.
Team leadership
- Provide day-to-day guidance and support to editors and producers.
- Foster creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Required Experience
- 4+ years producing conferences or digital content (webinars, digital events).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Experience working with sponsors, ensuring alignment with audience and client objectives.
- Familiar with webinar / digital event platforms (Zoom preferably).
- Proven writing experience (webinar copy, agendas, or similar content).
