About the Role

SSON is looking for a talented and motivated Digital Producer (Online Producer) to join our growing digital team. This is a pivotal role for someone who is passionate about live digital experiences and has a sharp eye for operational excellence. As Digital Producer, you will be at the heart of our digital events operation, facilitating and moderating our webinars and virtual summits to ensure seamless, high-quality experiences for attendees and sponsors alike. Beyond day-to-day delivery, you will work closely with the senior team to continuously evolve our digital events strategy, identifying opportunities to innovate, grow our audience, and maximise revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Event Facilitation & Moderation
    • Host and moderate live webinars and virtual summits, creating an engaging and professional experience for speakers and audiences.
    • Manage all technical aspects of digital event platforms (primarily Zoom), ensuring smooth delivery from start to finish.
    • Brief and prepare speakers ahead of sessions, managing polls, resources, set up and keeping events on schedule.
    • Troubleshoot live issues calmly and efficiently, maintaining a high-quality experience throughout.
  • Strategy & Revenue Growth
    • Contribute heavily to the development of our digital event and webinar products.
    • Identify opportunities to introduce new formats, features, and monetization models that drive revenue growth.
    • Analyse event performance data and audience feedback to inform continuous improvement.
    • Support the development of sponsorship packages that deliver tangible value to partners and integrate seamlessly into the event experience.
  • Digital Content & Production
    • Own the end-to-end process of planning, production and delivery of compelling digital event agendas and supporting content.
    • Explore and test new digital formats and technologies to keep SSON's events at the forefront of the industry.
    • Work with the editorial team to produce post-event summaries, recaps, and promotional content.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, speakers, and internal teams.
    • Ensure all stakeholders are well-informed and have a positive experience throughout the event lifecycle.
    • Act as a key liaison on all digital events matters.

Required Experience

  • 1+ years of experience producing or coordinating webinars, virtual events, or digital content.
  • Experience hosting or moderating live digital sessions.
  • Familiarity with webinar and virtual event platforms, particularly Zoom.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience working with sponsors or commercial partners in a digital events context.
