As the Customer Success & Events Executive, you will support the Operations and Meetings teams in the seamless delivery of events by managing exhibitor and sponsor onboarding, maintaining key communications and documentation, and assisting the Meetings Manager in sourcing and engaging relevant attendees. You will provide hands-on operational support across meetings, briefings and onsite execution to ensure an exceptional experience for all stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:
- Exhibitor & Sponsor Onboarding: Manage end-to-end onboarding for exhibitors and sponsors across internal platforms, acting as the primary point of contact. Assist with collating and tracking key exhibitor tasks (e.g. H&S forms, stand plans, artwork, activity forms). Coordinate exhibitor communications, providing clear guidance on processes and requirements. Build and maintain strong exhibitor and sponsor relationships. Manage the exhibitor inbox and respond to queries in a timely manner.
- Team Support: Attend internal and external meetings, taking and distributing minutes. Coordinate travel and accommodation for event teams and speakers, adapting to changing schedules. Help with pre-show packing, order supplies and coordinate onsite team welfare. Contribute to the organisation of team and office events.
- 1-2-1 Meetings Support: Our events feature a bespoke meetings programme, connecting sponsors with senior decision-makers through pre-arranged 1-2-1 meetings and executive roundtable discussions. Responsibilities include coordinating meeting rooms, briefings and dinners, supporting the Meetings Coordinator with planning and execution of event logistics, liaising with sponsors to define ideal customer profiles and target attendees, and assisting with post-event reporting.
- Onsite at Events: Troubleshoot issues onsite and resolve problems quickly and effectively. Provide real-time support to exhibitors and sponsors throughout the event. Deliver excellent customer service to attendees, handling enquiries and requests promptly.

- Degree-holders: Though we welcome applications from ambitious individuals with other transferable experience. Previous experience of event organisation is preferred but not essential.
