Conference Producer (Online Events)

Job Title: Conference Producer Division: IQPC Exchange Victoria, London (Hybrid, 3 days in office, 2 days at home) Established in 1973, IQPC has been the proud organiser of top-quality trade exhibitions, events, conferences and online media solutions all over the world. IQPC organises more than 1,500 events annually worldwide and has steadily expanded over the years into an international and reputable organisation. Conference producers are a vital part of the events industry. In a fast paced, entrepreneurial team and company, within a growing portfolio of events, the producer will work on a mixture of innovative online and live events. The producer will be responsible for liaising with teams across the company in the run-up to ensure that the event reaches its full commercial potential. Conduct telephone and web-based market research to develop educational content, identify conference topics, and recruit high level speakers Create and write cuttingedge content and recruitsenior level executives to your conferences. Project manage events from concept to delivery – Set the vision and see it come to fruition At least one year Conference Production experience Research-based bachelor’s degree Proven ability to work on multiple simultaneous projects A hybrid work environment with an office in central London (3 days in office / 2 days at home) ~ Full training for the role through in-house managers and peers as well as workshops led by external coaches ~ Career growth opportunities within the company as you gain more experience ~ Opportunity to travel internationally to events (Europe and US) ~25 days holiday entitlement per year (plus 1 extra day for each full year of service up to a max.
