Established in 1973, IQPC has been the proud organiser of top-quality trade exhibitions, events, conferences and online media solutions all over the world. IQPC organises more than 1,500 events annually worldwide and has steadily expanded over the years into an international and reputable organisation. Conference producers are a vital part of the events industry. In a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team and company, within a growing portfolio of events, the producer will work on a mixture of innovative online and live events.

The producer will be responsible for liaising with teams across the company in the run-up to ensure that the event reaches its full commercial potential. Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting telephone and web-based market research to develop educational content, identify conference topics, and recruit high-level speakers.
  • Creating and writing cutting-edge content and recruiting senior level executives to your conferences.
  • Project managing events from concept to delivery – setting the vision and seeing it come to fruition.

Requirements:

  • At least one year of Conference Production experience.
  • Research-based bachelor’s degree.
  • Proven ability to work on multiple simultaneous projects.

Additional Information:

  • A hybrid work environment with an office in central London (3 days in office / 2 days at home).
  • Full training for the role through in-house managers and peers as well as workshops led by external coaches.
